Happy Birthday A.R. Rahman!!

A.R. has also released some independent music, including "Vande Mataram" which quickly became an Indian anthem. A.R. Rahman took a stab at stage productions as he created the music for the musical Bollywood Dreams.

With his music spanning far and wide, A.R. Rahman has toured the globe and captivated audiences time after time.

Whether it is A.R.'s beats or his commitment and passion to the arts, very few do not fall in love with his style of music. A.R. Rahman was featured on the Haiti Benefit song "We Are the World: 25 for Haiti" and even dined with U.S. President Barack Obama.

A.R.'s career took a whole new level with the music for Slumdog Millionaire. The music impressed critics and fans alike, and even earned the music maestro numerous prestigious awards!

Having completed a grand world tour, A.R. Rahman can sit back and enjoy his 14 Filmfare Awards, 11 Filmfare Awards South, Four National Awards, Two Academy Awards, Two Grammy Awards, one BAFTA Award, and his Golden Globe, but instead he continues to amaze us with new music.

As A.R. reaches a pinnacle in his career we would like to wish this star a very happy birthday and hope for many more years of success.
